Artist Bio: Raphael Serrano is a self taught painter based in Providence, RI. His work has been featured in the 2023 Providence Biennial for contemporary art at Waterfire Arts center. He has also participated in numerous group exhibitions . Raphael's world building perspectives in painting found a home in his most recent public art endeavor ; his first solo exhibition aptly named Tall tales marrying the artist love for memory and cultural relevance in his work.
